My Journey

I came to astrology through the back door—as a skeptic who kept finding that the patterns matched.

For years, I worked in traditional wellness spaces, helping people navigate anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. What I noticed again and again was that the same themes kept emerging in cycles— not just within individuals, but across groups of people at similar points in their lives.

When I finally sat down to study astrology seriously, I didn't find the fortune-telling I'd expected. I found a sophisticated symbolic language that gave name to what I'd been observing for years: the patterns that shape our experience, the timing of our growth, the architecture of our psyche.

A Grounded Approach

My practice integrates several streams: psychological astrology (which focuses on the natal chart as a map of the psyche), evolutionary astrology (which looks at soul-level patterns and purpose), and somatic work (which helps integrate insight into the body).

What makes my approach different is the emphasis on practical application. I'm not interested in astrology as entertainment or prediction. I'm interested in how cosmic insight can serve your actual life—your decisions, your relationships, your sense of alignment and purpose.
